Representative on time and explained what she was doing and provided feedback regarding drying at the end. Carpet looked like it was clean and looked clean after drying.

All the technicians I've dealt with have been professional and tried to do a great job. The manager was very fair in trying to make the carpet right even I waited to tell them of my concerns. I do think there is a problem with the chemicals on a light carpet and how completely it needs to be extracted, but I can't fault anyone for lack of trying and giving good customer service.
