The technician who came was very professional & went above & beyond for me. Unfortunately, I tripped & fell while he was there & he immediately went into life saving action. He called 911 & stayed with me until the medics arrived. He stayed calm & collected thru the whole ordeal. He deserves recognition for his courage & remaining calm in an emergency.
