Our carpet is 15 years old in the family room. The carpet looks amazing after using Zerorez. The young man who cleaned our carpet did a great job and explained how to maintain in between cleanings.

The Zerorez team showed up on time, calling ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. They were very professional. Upon completion of the cleaning they had me inspect each item and took extra care on several spots that were difficult to get out. They also provided a free fabric stain prevention application after.

The technician was very nice and made sure the extra additive wasn’t too strong after I shared a past experience with another carpet cleaning company that gave me a headache from the chemicals. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he took my concerns seriously. He even said my carpets already looked nice, which I thought was very honest of him.

I was truly impressed with how clean and fresh everything looked once the carpets were done and dried. This cleaning meant a lot to me, especially after the recent loss of my cat, Lovely—I wanted to freshen up the space and start healing.

Hello, great website, customer service, and response time both online and via phone. Great experience with the guys but I think they kept my container. I guess they thought I gave it to them but it was a loan. It was for hot water.
