The last two cleanings (and likely more before), anywhere the water touched the grass outside, it killed the grass. Seems there are chemicals in the water for it to do that and it is not simply water.

Skylar came out to clean my carpets after my pet passed away. There were spots where he bled and we were unable to fully remove those stains. In addition, our new puppy had a few potty accidents that we had cleaned with bleach but still wanted to feel sanitary about. The biological treatment he applied gave us a peace of mind, and when he was finished our carpets looked beautiful! I'm hoping none of the stains return after everything is fully dry.
