The young man who cleaned our carpet arrived on time, he was knowledgeable about his product and he used his knowledge to clean my carpet well in a timely fashion.
Easy to schedule, and my house doesn't stink afterwards. Once I used Stanley Steamer and they must have used dirty water. My carpet looked and smelled worse afterwards.
