My carpet hadn't been cleaned in years and I just wanted it freshened up and the carpet looked better than just a freshinging up. Omari P was on time, knowlegeable, very respectable and courteous. He looked at the carpet and said it's not that bad, he was just trying to make me feel better. BUT he did a great job and it was done in no time at all. I was extremely satisfied with the work that he had did. THANK YOU!!!

The staff was very helpful with what I was looking for in the product that I was needed.

We had a great experience with ZeroRez. From multiple reschedules (by us) to the customer service both over the phone and in person. Our initial appointment was rescheduled due to a technician's van, they were super apologetic and provided a discount. The technician who completed the work, I apologize I do not remember his name, was super polite and respectful of our home. The service was quick and easy.
