The service techs were very nice and knowledgeable. My biggest problem is I paid a lot of money to have ducts cleaned and even bought an infrared mold cleaner. I spent 1900$ including a service fee. I did not like being ask for a tip in credit card. It put me in an uncomfortable position. I paid for your service and I assume you pay your techs well this made me very upset. If you do this on all your services I will think twice about using you. This type of job does not require a tip. I choose zerorez because I assume you had good device techs
