These guys are quite good, customer satisfaction is top priority for them, I had a cleaning job with them, after the carpets fried out i realised that certain areas had some stains still, also a room had a bit left over of pets order, they came back, redid the areas I asked for and with no extra cost

Brandon was professional and kind. He suggested what spots to treat and gave an estimate before he started. He showed up on time and did a very good job cleaning my furniture and carpets. They guarantee 1 month that the spots will not come back. A few spots did not come out, so I called and Brandon came back to take care of the spots. I would have Zerorez do my carpets and furniture again!

Carpet looks great and your technician Christopher Barnett did a great job. He explained a few things and let us know a few things best not to use on our carpet. Would defiantly use Zerorez and Christopher again.

The product really got the per stains and smells out of the carpet. The service tech was friendly and knowledgeable.

The service and product is fine but it made me feel uncomfortable to have a choice of different tips for the technician. I have only given a tip if someone goes above and beyond. I ended up adding a tip since he was standing in front of me and it was awkward. He was polite and professional at all times.

The technicians are always friendly, thorough, and honest.
