I was very appreciative of the honesty of my technician. I had scheduled a duct cleaning along with other services. He took pictures inside my hvac system and showed me I didn't need a cleaning. He could have easily just kept quiet and hooked up the cleaner and made free money but he did not.
We had our vents and carpet cleaned. The team was very professional, polite arrived on time and explained what they were going to do Took their time and showed us pictures of our filthy vents Carpet dried quickly although I edited for next day to move things back. Highly recommend.
