I liked the low-pressure, high quality service. I'm so happy with the cleaning of my carpet and the kitchen tiles. I had no idea the grout had an orange tint to it. I worked hard to clean it myself, but couldn't get it clean. I should have hired zerorez months ago.

Zachary was awesome and transparent! He was very informative and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and concerns. The carpet was 22 years old but still in good shape. It exceeded my expectations considering its age, and it dried within six hours. I highly recommend Zerorex.

The duct cleaning was very helpfull. When they discovered mold in the duct work they stopped the set up and did not charge us anything They took samples and will followup with the best road forward.
