Zero Rez always does a great job! My only issue is that the price is not exactly as promoted. $99 for 3 bedrooms but you don't mention the SERVICE CHARGE. I agreed to the ScotchGuard treatment at $60 additional charge & when the service man was adding up my bill, he said that he's supposed to charge $60 per room but gave me a break by only charging me $60 for all three. Do I believe that line? Absolutely not. Although I did give him a $20 tip.

I was able to drop off my large area rugs for cleaning. The staff are very knowledgeable about what they can and can’t do with stains. Also staff very pleasant and helpful.
