They also sent a text message letting me know the approximate time the technician would arrive. Jordan came on time, being careful, and was very professional. After the service was done, he asked me to check if I was pleased with the cleaning or if there was any other concerns. He was happily to clean the spotted area(s) that needed more attention. Overall, I am very happy with the service from Zerorez.
