Beginning with Cameron who rolled up my large living room rug to take to his truck for cleaning along with another smaller rug and who did a magnificent job cleaning all my furniture & Zerorez ending with two guys who returned my rugs and voluntarily moved all my furniture back into place, I could not be more pleased!

Our tech did offer to use the other equipment, however, everyone was still in their offices and on the phone, etc. so we waived it off since our carpets weren't too dirty and he let us know it would be kinda loud.
