My technician (Emillio S) did a great job on my carpets. He arrived on time and was friendly, yet professional. He took care to cover his shoes and used corner cones to prevent scuffs and scratches to my walls. I had a few high traffic areas that needed special attention. He did a great job getting those areas clean. I loved that my carpets weren’t “wet” when he was finished. I definitely would use ZeroRez again when needed.
