Shane was very professional. He explained everything very thoroughly and was clear about the process. Arrived when they said he would. I added a few services after he got there and it was not a problem Shane's work ethic is fantastic. He was there from around 10:30am to about 7:30pm and I never saw him stop to eat or even take a restroom break. Very impressed with him and the work that was done.

I would highly recommend this company. They are very professional and went over everything in detail about the cost for each room and did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. My house smells so good from the cleaning and my carpets look new. They showed up right on time and we’re done within 2 hours.

The tech came out did what he had to do friendly talkable and cool gave me a little bit of knowledge as well and I appreciate that that he did that
First, the scheduling process was very easy and the staff was very clear on services and guidance. Second, the technician, Lavar, was very professional during the visit. He informed us about the product for pets, which we opted for as well. Outside of his service, he was great to talk to. We spoke the whole time he was at our residence. We found out we shared some family background, we also spoke about food, culture and many other things. I'd welcome him back anytime. Pricing was definitely within anyone's budget as well.
