My service technician was Maurice. He was professional, polite, and friendly, worked diligently and did a great job!
I like that Zerorez does not use harmful chemicals, and they have techniques and tools to extract additional water from the fiber, and they have additional treatments to prevent the return of stains and odors.

I especially liked my technician, Cameron. He was very friendly and engaging and I felt at ease having him in my home. Cameron was very efficient and professional. He kept me abreast of issues he was seeing before he proceeded. Cameron was very careful within my house as far as avoiding damage and keeping the surroundings clean. He is definitely an asset for Zero Rez!
