The tech who came out was friendly and knowledgeable. He started by showing me all the pet stains and other stains that had of had not been treated, using his blue light. He tested all my stains and, was actually able to remove the stains from my carpets, that no one have been able to get. My carpets dried very quickly and regained the plush feeling. My tech did an amazing job. The products also made my home smell really fresh!
