After checking with all the local HVAC companies, learning they did not do duct cleaning, calling the company they recommended which did not answer their phone, i called the company whose advertisement I had heard on the radio, station 104.7 FM.
I was able to get a reasonable estimate and the finished cost was in no way more than the estimate for services given by phone. The follow-up prior to service proved the company's intention to perform quality service, proven by the actual service, performed as expected, perhaps even a little better. The technicians called to tell me they were on the way. They actually arrived a few minutes early. They explained their process with "before" pictures, made some much-needed suggestions, went to work and finished by showing the "after" pictures which displayed how complete and well done the process was. They advised us how long to leave the system off, what would happen when it was turned on and even went over the costs again so that we were fully aware of all that had been done. When we turned the system back on, the cleanliness of the air was obvious. Since I suffer from allergies, I can already tell this much needed cleaning has been effective. The air in our home does not smell stuffy but fresh. I highly recommend Zerorez.

The young men who came to clean were very informative, efficient. There was a nice clean smell afterward and even the texture of the carpet felt softer.

After the first service we were left with some streaks. I don’t think this was the technicians issue as much as a vacuum suction issue. Some stripes were left on the back. They cam e back out a few days later and made our couch look so much better. Thanks
