My service tech was AWESOME! He was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. He walked me through the whole process prior to cleaning my rugs. When he finished cleaning the first rug he asked me if the cleaning met my expectations. Once I agreed, he went to the next rug, and on and on throughout the whole service. At the end of the service he explained to me in great details what I needed to do to make sure I took care of the rugs while they were drying. He deserved 10 +++++ stars.

I wish I could remember the name of our technician. He was fantastic! He listened to our concerns and did an extremely thorough cleaning. Our home smells so much better and is finally clean. I would definitely ask for the same technician again. He worked very hard and was so thorough. We had a great experience!
