cleaned carpets well, curteous technician

Dylan did a great job on the carpets that he did. What he didn't do was move the plastic carpet mat from under my wifes desk and do that small piece of carpet. I realize that I didn't move it earlier, but it wouldn't have taken him 10 seconds to move it and do a complete job. So now entering my wifes office everything has been cleaned but around her desk. I would like to say great job , but my grandmother taught me not to lie.

The thing that bothers me is that it is such a small thing that should have been done without a thought or concern on Dylan's part. Its not even a " going the extra mile" concern, its what should be done without a though on a daily basis in my mind.

We have used Zerorez before for carpet cleaning services and they have always done a fantastic job. This was the first time that we had used the air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning service. The crew was superb! They worked us in on short notice, cleaned both units, and the dryer vent. In the process the crew discovered mold in one of our units. They were able to disinfect it as well as install a cleaning/processing unit that would prevent this problem from happening again in the future. The crew had all the equipment needed to complete in one visit. The price was wonderful, the crew was phenomenal. This was an overall great experience and we will continue to use their services going forward.
