I like the promptness of the appointment. I prefer the mornings because the technician is still fresh and they come with all the energy. The technician that came out was very professional, I showed him the areas that needed to be done and he took very good care of the carpet and myself. The dry time may have extended into the next day but it is in the basement with little to know real circulation.

The gentleman who came to our house was great. He let me know when he would arrive; he was professional and polite; he let me know about potential add-on services but didn't do a hard sell; and the carpets looked much better when he was done. I'll probably use you all again.

I had a very dirty room from a renter that left it smelly, carpet stained badly and I thought the carpet was ruined. After getting it cleaned by Zerorez; it looks new and the smell is gone. My cleaner was very professional, and it took no time at all. Great job!
