Availability and the level of service
The technician was just great. He explained the process in detail and was so very thorough in cleaning all the carpet. It was a very positive experience and everything is so clean. It was all dry in a matter of hours, so we could replace the furniture and enjoy our room again. Wish I had more carpet to clean. And again, the technician was wonderful!!!!
