The service technician, Steve, was fantastic. He explained the entire process to me beforehand, let me know how long it would take to dry, and got to work quickly. He thoroughly cleaned my couches and three floors. While I cleaned up almost everything off the floor beforehand, he was thorough enough to move around the couches to get to the carpet underneath. Great service and good price. Would definitely recommend it.
