Our tech was awesome, excellent customer service: friendly, professional, fast. He got on his hands and knees and scrubbed a few stains and every single one disappeared. We added some services and he worked on pricing with us and explained everything he did. Two rooms, a stairway, a hallway, and a stain guard applied to all of that and he was in/out in just over an hour. It’s been a couple weeks since our cleaning and I’m still remarking how great the carpet looks! Highly recommend.

I have used Zerorez for about ... 20 years or so. They are prompt and professional and the job gets done right and quickly at a good price. There is no smell to contend with and their service does not involve the customer's water source. The carpet is damp for a day and they it's dry. Always a great result.
