Amazing customer service. Spencer went above and beyond, not your typical carpet technician. You can tell he is passionate and truly cares about his job. Very knowledgeable with the product. Gained a customer. This cleaning was a surprise for my wife and she said it was amazing and the house did like not smell like dog. She was very happy. Great work!

Our technician Zi was very thorough and did excellent work on our very soiled carpet! It looks and smells wonderful! I would recommend him to everyone!
