Client Testimonials

The professionalism of your staff. We just had our carpets cleaned this week but so far they look great!

Great technician... and the service was wonderful. Learned a lot about the method and look forward to having the ducts cleaned next week. Thanks so much!

Safe products, friendly/professional technicians

On time, good follow through, comfortable to work with.

My carpet is 5 years old and had not been professionally cleaned. We have 2 dogs and 2 kids so it had really gotten to be a mess. I was embarrassed to even have anyone see it to clean it, but it was time! Patrick was very nonjudgmental, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and gave me the best service and pricing for my request. I even added a chair and rug to the service and he was very accommodating. The product seems solid. It is still too early to see if any of the stains will lift, but I am very pleased at this point. It is 2 days later and the carpet still smells great and looks fantastic!

The in-person customer service and professionalism of the staff member send to home.
Well, job done on the carpet.!!.

Very nice, polite technician .... he did a great job! My carpet hasn't looked this good since I had it installed.

Technician was very knowledgeable and efficient.

I know that when I call Zerorez I am going to have clean carpet when the technician leaves. I also love the professionalism of your technicians. They truly go above and beyond.

Great friendly sevicemen! My carpets look fantastic!

Swift response to our request, fair price, good job, courteous service.

Very professional. also very friendly.

I was very impressed with the attention Kyle gave my disgusting carpet. With two dogs and the Georgia red clay, he had a challenge to make my carpet look new, but he did it! It really looks new despite it being over ten years old. It feels and smells clean, too. Kyle was polite, respectful, efficient and did what he said he was going to do. I will never use another carpet cleaner again. In addition, he cleaned my sofa and chairs and they look wonderful. Thank you for your wonderful attention to detail. I will tell everyone I know about Zerorez.

My carpet was cleaned and the technician, Anthony, was professional and pleasant to deal with.

I liked the results without chemicals.

I appreciated the professionalism that Brandon and Byron displayed. Brandon called to inform me that he was on his way. I spoke to him over the phone and explained to him my concerns He called me back once he got to my house and answered all my questions. Both guys were great and did their best to make sure I was satisfied. In the end I was completely happy and would recommend Zerorez to anyone. I will schedule to have the other rooms in my house cleaned and would definately have to request these two men again.

no chemicals

I like the quickness (response), eco-friendly products, customer satisfaction, and knowledgeable techs.

Everything!

Your crews are well trained and courteous!

You came out quickly, were on time, provided helpful information and performed a thorough job. On top of that, the technician was friendly, professional and fair.

That the carpet was not hard after the cleaning :-)

The effectiveness

The representative was on time and very professional. I was very happy with the job.

The products you use to clean seem to work very well
The only problem I have is you do not clean nrxt to baseboards and it looks really
dirty next to the clean carpet . Wish there was a way to do this as I had to get on
my hands and knees to try to clean it - sort of defeats the purpose doesnt it?

The tech was very prompt, explained the process thoroughly and ensured I had no questions. He also ensured all our animals were intact when opening the door! My favorite thing... my carpet looked brand new when he was finished! Two of my neighbors saw the Zerorez truck in my driveway and also wanted to know how you did!

Polite, knowledgable and professional
