For an extra cost, Lionel also cleaned our sofa...I didn't think we could get the cat and puppy smells removed...we now have a "new" sofa thanks to you. The service was more than we initially planned, but it's well worth it!
In the past, we've had our carpets "cleaned" by other service vendors with always the same irritation of spots reappearing. I waited a while before responding to this feedback request because I wanted to see if any "ghost" spots appeared. NONE DID!

I liked the fact that I did not have to check and make sure the carpet was cleaned, he did a great job! Time left so he did our stairs too and they look awesome as well. The carpet is 20 years old I was not expecting such a terrific outcome.

you are detailed on everything...Lee Hamilton your representative arrived on time as scheduled and went straight to work...he finished up in a timely fashion and took us through the house to make sure we were pleased...answered all of our questions even before we had a chance to ask...that is true service...he is a fine young man, so courteous and polite, and an asset to your company...the carpet was fairly damp and dryed in no time at all...his cleaning job was precise...he also cleaned the tile in my bathroom...my house is 34 years old and We feel like we have a new tiled floor and carpet...my hat is off to all of you at this company...
