I already posted on FB. The technicians were prompt, extremely courteous & did a terrific job! I also appreciate being given the cleaning products to take care of problems that occur in between servicing.

The guy was friendly and did a very good job. I am very pleased with the service I received from the tech and the customer service people.

The technician (Ben) was very courteous and professional. He did a great job on our carpets and got some stains cleaned up that I would have sworn would not have come out. (coffee, wine, and even a rust spot from a metal table leg).

Great customer service. Ryan was great!!! Honest and really wanted to do a good job. My carpet looks great and smells great and clean. He was on time and explained everything. It was so nice not to have to deal with a hard sell. Other carpet companies I've used just tried to sell more services and then they weren't that good.

I love how organic the cleaning process is & that there are no chemicals used. I enjoy knowing that my dogs & I can sit or walk on the carpets almost immediately & not worry about potenially hazardous chemicals getting in/on our skin.
Also, the cleaning smells so clean & fresh! :)
