The service was very prompt. Kyle was informative and helpful, got to the job quickly. My old carpet had a lot of stains left by my three much-loved cats, and he did a great job of addressing the old stains. I am very pleased by the results and plan to use Kyle to clean the upstairs carpets and kitchen tile/grout.
