I have used Zerorez twice in the past year and have not been disappointed either time. On ther most recent visit,my living room and sofa sectional desperately needed pet treatment. [I dont' remember his name] worked with me on the price as I was not utilizing the full 3 room with one room free package to it's fullest. I do not remember the carpet looking as awesome as it does, and the pet odor, for now (I'm certain the padding and maybe the subfloor has been affected, is completely gone. Making the appointment was easy. Follow up prior to the appointment was timely. The technician arrived when he said he would and did a great job - even on pet stains. The carpets look almost new.

Additionally, Tim treated our home as if it was his own. Tim took extra precaution to protect furniture, floors, stairwell railings, etc... We have heard so much about Zerorez on the radio and from friends that we decided to try it out ourselves and we were so happy with the product. Our tech did a great job of cleaning our carpets.
