Promptness and professionalism

Job was completed in a short period of time. Tech was pleasant and knew what he was doing. There were a few dirty spots that didn't come out and I got those up with another cleaner after the rug dried.

Clean and environmentally safe

I liked the idea that your company place emphasis on "going green" and the use of steam vs. water. The recommeded drying time was also a positive in making my decison to go with Zerorez.

I LOVE Zero Rez! We had tried everything to get our white berber carpet clean - different cans of products, rented a machine, bought our own machine, tried other carpet cleaners. We thought we'd have to rip it out. Zero Rez was our last ditch effort to save it. I should have gone to them first! Our carpet looks and smells so clean, a friend thought we had installed new capret! Our carpet is now over 10 years old and even though I'm ready for a change - new look - I can't convince my husband becuse he says, "Zero Rez does such a great job, why spend the money!" (He's a financial planner!) Lol. I love how my carpet stays clean longer and all their technicicans are so professional and work so hard. You'll never use another carpet cleaner again!

We have been using Zerorez for years and are totally satisfied. The service men are well trained, reliable and trustworthy. The product is excellent and our white carpet throughout the downstairs large room, hall and steps continues to look fine. The service people really try to please. They are on time and complete the job quickly. The gentleman that did the job yesterday, Anthony Thomas, did a particularly good job, and was very pleasant. I have recommended Zerorez in the past and will continue to do so.

Reginald Avery was the technician who came to my house to clean my carpets. He did an awesome job and worked late on a Saturday night to make sure I was happy with my service. My carpets look wonderful and Reginald discussed with me what services I would need to make my carpets look as wonderful as they do. Great job Reginald!! I will definitely use Zerorez again and will request Reginald as my technician.

The two men who came were excellent. They listened to us and went above and beyond what they needed to. They were very professional.

I am disappointed, however, that several of the stains on our basement carpet did re-appear by the next day. This has no impact upon my satisfaction with Zerorez; I was surprised that the stains initially were removed. I'm not sure if any carpet cleaner could get them out permanently. Name removed

This was the second visit to clear up spots not gotten a few days earlier. The technician was very professional. I'm very pleased with the outcome. He even took pictures of a bush that was damaged in Jan 13 when we had zerorez clean before.
