The technician was very nice and I think did a through job. If he is still working with you folks I would like to have him back the next time. Also the price quoted over the phone was the price after the job was done with no add ons for cleaning supplies or small spot cleaning. The carpet looks almost like new.

The initial contact with your company was great customer service. I need to have a stain evaluated that occurred during my first service with this company. After that is taken care of on Thursday, April 3,2014 then I can really assess the quality of the work and company.
