The person doing the cleaning did a great job explaining everything to me and answered all of my questions. The only reason I didn't give a 10 is because the $19 service fee was never told to me when I booked the appointment. I was expecting the fee to be cheaper and would have done the pet product in a different room had that service fee been told to me.

The two guys were very professionally. From start to finish. J. he introduced himself and partner and immediately started working. J. explain everything to me and waited until I call my daughter over phone to explain issues. Great guys!!

The young man that cleaned my carpets, was very congenial, very professional, and I would more than recommend him and the company. They all do a great job. I’ve had a variety of people clean my carpets over period of time, and then satisfied each time.

1. We appreciate the timeliness and the continual communication I'm able to have with ZeroRez prior to the service technician showing up at my door.
2. The powered water used to clean carpets seems to be very effective for cleaning but not too harsh on the carpet.
3. Technician are always very clear in explaining the billing charges and answering any billing questions.
