Couldn't be more satisfied!! Our carpet is very old and I wasn't planning on it coming this clean!!! I am thrilled. Our service man, Eric, was right on time and went right to work. Zerorez has a wonderful system. The carpet looks new, even under the dining room table (where 6 grandchildren eat at times). The carpet looks great but today the pet stain is visible again. Can it be reyreated?

I like the idea of having the extraction of carpet soil to be so thorough and very little liquid left to dry.

The tech was on time and friendly. The product cleaned my carpet well. However, I did not get a call in advance and forgot I had the appointment. Also, I paid additional for the tile/grout cleaning. However my tile and grout still look dirty in some spots.
