Chris Barnett did a WONDERFUL job, was so friendly and informative, and provided me with great recommendations so that I ended up getting my living room and stairs cleaned while he was there, too! Your technicians are typically on time, courteous and professional. They explain what and how they will do the services. They do offer other services to upsell but so far I have never felt pressured to add on any services if I didn't want them. Although there are less expensive carpet cleaning companies out there I prefer the end result of Zerorez. The house always smells fresh without the chemical smell left over from some other cleaners.
