Your service is outstanding and professional. DeAngelo cleaned our carpets yesterday, and he explained everything he was planning to do and hoping to achieve. Our carpet is old, and we didn't expect much. DeAngelo did a great job and invited us to look at each area separately so we could see the before/after difference. He explained that it would help if we had our air ducts and vents cleaned by Zerorez, what we plan to do in the new year. I cannot say enough good things about DeAngelo. He is the best technician of ANY kind that we have had in our home. What a gentleman and hard worker!

What I like most about Zerorez is that the cleaning fluid isn't a toxic mixture of chemicals that leaves a funky smell. That the carpet dried quickly was a bonus! We will definitely recommend Zerorez and DeAngelo to our friends and family. THANK YOU!

Jeremiah came to my door and represented himself and the company in a first class way. He was so kind and pleasant. He was informative and efficient.
The carpets were amazing! I clean my carpets at least once a year and I have used the same service for years. I used your company on recommendation from a good friend and thought why not try them.
After cleaning Jeremiah took me room by room to be assured I was happy. It was very evident to me the difference in the appearance of my carpets verses previous cleanings. They were brighter as well. You could feel and smell the clean! The nice part is even days later I am still feeling and smelling the clean and my dry carpets are stain free and beautiful!
I would like to have Jeremiah be my cleaning rep in the future and I would recommend him and your company to any of my friends.

The re-visit to re-clean my carpet was excellent. Bill was the person who came out to my house, and he actually spent more time cleaning the areas I asked him to re-clean than the original person (Aubrey) did cleaning the entire job! He not only got out all the spots I asked him to, but he worked on a spot I told him I knew would not come out and indeed, made it fade even more! If I could have someone like Bill come out the first time, I would not hesitate to call Zerorez again. However, I know he is the clean-up guy who goes in and cleans up behind those who didn't do the job correctly in the first place.
Please train your frontline people better. Aubrey was a very nice young man, but he did not get my carpet clean and there was water in my hallway when he finished cleaning - on my hardwood floors!!! He also did not extract enough water from the carpets, as it took *24 hours* for them to dry! It was NOT a professional job. On the other hand, Bill did an excellent job and I am completely satisfied. The carpet looks great and was dry 4 hours later! I am just sorry we had to leave the house a mess for the weekend so that it could be recleaned. Kudos to Bill! He is the best! :-)
