One of the best features of the Zerorez service is their guarantee of customer satisfaction: technicians will return to retreat an area that you were not be 100% happy with "no questions asked." I do not know of any other carpet cleaning service that provides that type of customer satisfaction guarantee.
I am completely sold on Zerorez.
I also like the fact that their products are all natural cleaners and deodorizers which are eco-safe for pets and children.
I like the fact that the technicians I have met thus far are knowledgeable on the different types and qualities of carpet and floor coverings.
I love the family-friendly sensibilities of this company: I feel like I am part of their team and not just a business client. I am always greeted cheerfully and respectfully by name and my name is remembered, which means a lot to people these days when so often we call a business and are greeted with a drone-like answering machine.
