Mostly that you don't leave behind residue in the carpet and the protection product put in the carpet after it was cleaned. The technician was a good, clean guy and did a thorough job.

Our carpet had not been cleaned and way past due. Can't say it looked like new but it was amazing! Jared our Tech was so efficient , personable and I would recommend him anytime!! Our first time Service at Zerorez with Jared will not be the last!
