One favor to ask. In each of my previous services when I have purchased the carpet protection I have been given an extra bottle of spot cleaner. In all of the conversation James and I were having, he forgot/I forgot to get this. Is it possible to mail me out my bottle that was overlooked?

On time, attention to detail, professional service and no upsell pressure. Suggestions, yes, good, but no pressure to add them. Great job, carpets look new again and probably one of the best reasons, it didn't take 2-3 hours to dry before walking on or putting furniture back on it !!

The technician was on time and friendly. I am not too satisfied with the edges. But the tech explained my filter needed to be changed and was cause the darkness around the edges of the carpet and that the carpet needed to be stretched. I had the filter change and would like to have the edges redone.

They are on time, very quick, and very thorough! They stick to the price you have been quoted, but offer other services once on sight, but no pressure to purchase. I go on line to schedule my appointment and just wait for them to give me a call prior to coming out. I have used them twice and I am totally satisfied with their work. I have recommended them to my friends and will continue to use them in the future.

I have used other companies that provide the same services ~~ they are rarely on time, not so quick and thorough as Zerorez. They also want to try to up the price once they are on site.
