carpet looks clean. tech was able to remove a spot that Stanley steemer has not been able to. drying time was shorter, although not 2-3 hrs as told, but it was barely damp at bedtime and totally dry the next morning.

Prior to selling my home, I used Zerorez to clean the carpets. Wonderful result. Recently, I used them to refresh carpet & remove a few "cat spots". Absolutely like new! Chris was the technician & he did an excellent job. Since they also offer Oriental rug cleaning, I sent my rug with Chris & will have it back in about 7-10 days.
