I thought Avery was very professional and clean my rugs pretty well. It was getting dark outside when he was here so it was difficult to see in the hallway of my bedroom. In the daylight you can still see some areas that could've been cleaned a little bit better. But overall he did a great job on our area rug/runner. And the rest of the bedroom looks really good.

The first driver had a problem with their equipment. The dispatcher called and said they would be a few hours late. I explained that I needed to be at work at 3:00 that afternoon. The dispatcher called back in less than a half hour and said he had shifted the routes around so another unit would be able to get to me shortly. In less than two hours you were at my house and deed a very good job. This person was very good, friendly, and thorough. No complaints about his day being changed around.
