Forrest did a great job cleaning our carpets. We will definitely be adding this into our yearly rotation, maybe sooner! My only regret was not having it done before now.
Your associate that cleaned our carpet was knowledgeable, polite, and extremely helpful. He explained everything he was doing before he did it. Great employee! Our carpets look great and it did not take along time for them to dry.
The technician, Marquise was professional and informative about the service he was going to perform.
Delivery guys were great!!
Very good
Great service by Zerorez Atlanta. What I like most about Zerorez is that there are no detergent left in the carpet. I have used other companies that were able to get my carpets clean, but after drying there was a "crunchy" residue left on the carpet. Our technician, Zy, was courteous and careful working in our house. They offer a 30 day guarantee on their work, which is comforting to know.
Staff is professional and tried to cater to my carpet needs.
