Great service!!

Everything went well. Technician was very professional. The only issue we had was that the carpet stayed really wet for a much longer period of time then we had been told. We had fans ceiling & floor fans on the carpets. It took a good 12 hours to dry & 24 hours in some places.

Zerorez arrived on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I had my air ducts cleaned (2 units) and the 3-room carpet cleaning special. They were very professional, showed be pictures of before and after (ducts) and pleasant to work with. The ducts were definitely cleaner and the carpet looked good too. The duct cleaning was a little pricey, but they did honor all the specials that they had running at the time. Overall, I'd give them a 10.

I wasn’t able to have my air ducts cleaned due to the technicians informing me that my return wasn’t accessible. They did clean my dryer vent however they had to return for a follow up visit weeks later because they didn’t clean the outside dryer vent.

I was very pleased with how the carpet looked. My technician was very polite and did a great job.

I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the team. They were efficient and wanted to be certain that I was aware of the remaining stains. Overall, a very good job.

Air ducts were serviced well and the inspection seemed to help with clearing some dirt and mold from the furnace. Only problem with the service was that our door frame to one of the rooms was damage by the equipment that was used causing some marks/chips to the door that will have to be painted over by myself. Techs need to be watchful of their equipment so no damages are done to the house(s) they are servicing.

Technician was prompt, personable and knowledgeable in explaining the differences related to pet treatments, scotch guard, and treatments to drying time. Service is above average and I have used many. Rescheduled a 6-month followup for on-going treatments of carpets.

Very easy and efficiently done. Our tech - Craig - was great, accommodating, and flexible! He did 400 chairs within a few hours. We had been recommended to check Zerorez out and were happy with the outcome. Will most likely use again in the near future!
