The process was easy to book an appointment and they came in a few days of scheduling. They were neat and professional with their work. The cleaning process removed all stains and our carpet looks new! It was a pleasant experience and we will use again and recommend Zerorez.
Very nice, polite guys. Answered my questions and made the sofa look better. They had to come back a second time but they did a great job. I like how they automatically put on shoes covers and how they protect the corners and furniture. Will definitely recommend and call you for other items I would like to take care of.
