The person who performed the cleaning of my carpet was on time for the appointment. He was friendly and professional. He answered all my questions since I had not used zerorez before. I had only seen the commercials on tv. He explained the process and how long it would take for the carpet to dry. In addition he informed me about additional services that Zerorez performs which I was not aware. I liked his professionalism and would request him again.
