Client Testimonials

Staff were early, took the time to explain the process and cleaning options, and did a thorough job.

This was my 6th time using your company. Mr Carlos went way beyond what I expected. There was wax I'm bedded that somehow a guest didn't notice. He got it ip. Those spots and stains form the pets, vanished.Zero odor!

As I told tge young man, this was a "let's see

Professional attitude with price that was consistent.

The gentleman that cleaned our carpets offered exceptional customer service and did a wonderful job!

Avery did an awesome job on my 20 year old carpets! He got stains out that I did not expect he would be able to get out. The carpets are cleaner than they have been in years. He was courteous and respectful and worked hard to make sure we were happy with the job he did. He had a trainee with him, and they both did a great job.

I like the fact that your representative (First name removed),he's the one who cleaned the carpet, was on time, professional, courteous, and did a tremendous job of cleaning the carpet. Your products are great. When we use Zerorez again, I definitely would prefer that he (First name removed)
be sent back to my home to do the job.

Thanks so very much!!!

I am a real estate agent and have been using your services for quite a long time. I started with your services with my own home and was so impressed with the long lasting results that I have called you for myself and for my clients.

I especially want to mention the wonderful carpet cleaning service that Ernesto Reyes did for one of my listings a few days ago. He was very polite, organized and efficient. He is definitely a top notch employee!!!

Staff is timely, friendly and professional. Results always meet my expectations.

Your service rep Eric was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and paid attention to every detail, professional in every way. He actually arrived early and went straight to work. He also made some valuable recommendations for me regarding keeping my carpets clean, varying traffic patterns, and recommendation of a company that could re-stretch my carpet. I have already had the company that he recommended come by to re-stretch my carpets. That company was top shelf as well.
