Ernesto Reyes is an excellent employee. He was very professional from the beginning, telling me what could be accomplished and what could not. I have carbon filtration leaving a dark line next to the woodwork in many areas. I spent days vacuuming and brushing the areas before he came and he worked extra hare in those areas also. But he could not remove all the darkness. We discussed the need for an attachment uwith a brush or roller or something needs to be designed or purchased by your company to deal with this common issue. He also gave me a coupon for air duct cleaning from Zerorez. Mr Reyes assured me that there was a meeting on Friday where he would discuss the issue with the company. I will use Zerorez angin and will request Ernesto Reyes to do my work. Will also pass on information to friends
