My 30 year old carpets had a few stains from pets and traffic pattern grime from my teenager and friends. The Zerorez team arrived at my home with a very positive attitude. The technician was pleasant and explained the cleaning process to me before the upholostry cleaning. Also showed me how rugs were cleaned, which was helpful for future rug cleanings.
I had my sofa cleaned and a micro suede sofa and chair cleaned. The stains on the micro suede did not really come off with the dry cleaning method. I asked him to use water (knowing I was risking discoloration) and ALL the stains came out. I let the microsuede cushions dry for 24 hours and they look great. No discoloration. Matches the rest of the sofa. Very happy.
