The technician was very informative and trustworthy. I would recommend this service to everyone. The technician came on time, was very professional and followed what appears to be all of the rules and regulations i.e. put on slippers over his shoes as he entered the home, did his assessment and offered options for treating my carpet. He also explained what he was going to do and why he needed to do it. He also told us about other offers like duct cleaning, furniture cleaning etc.

I like that it is non-toxic. It was easy to set up online and the technician was prompt and friendly. We are first time customers and are happy with our carpets.
