The customer service, was outstanding the technician was very informative with the product, and me asking all the questions I need to ask. But when I called to schedule this appointment, the person that I spoke to didn't know what I was talking about, in reference to a radio advertising, I don't like playing games and that was the only reason I called because what I heard on the radio the discount,ht went on to say they do a lot of promotion, but yet nothing was applied to my bill so for that no I have no desire to use them again, Sears could have cleaned my carpet same results,

Very prompt and courteous service from Trevor. The only disappointment I can speak of was there was nothing provided to protect the legs of my furniture from the damp carpet. That is something that has been provided to me by other competitors.
