I have used Zerorez for my carpet cleaning at least six times and am always satisfied with the results. From the ease of booking an appointment to the friendliness of the technicians, it's always a job well done. I also like that the technicians give helpful hints for carpet maintenance. The carpet drying time is less than other carpet cleaners and there truly is no residue. I recommended Zerorez to one of my neighbors who used the service and was pleased.

"Ty" was the service tech that came to our house. He arrived ontime, first call of the day. After a quick walk thru, taking a look at the rooms, and furniture to be cleaned, he got to work right away. He had a good attitude, he listened, and was knowledgeable.

First and foremost, my technician, Brandon, was spectacular! He was the perfect combination of professional, friendly and caring. He is a gem and you need to hang onto him! And on top of the fantastic experience with Brandon, he performed a miracle on my carpet. I had many pet stains, and the carpet looked old and worn.
