I like my results and the fact that I can tell my floor had been cleaned.In all the young man who serviced my carpets was friendly and really took his job serious. It is a winning situation when you get the results you want and also treated with having a great customer experience with the customer service that was rendered from the technician.Most of all the tech did a good job and also provided me with any answers to my questions. The fact that my carpet wasn't that wet and dried quickly. There were some traffic areas on my carpet that I wish could have been cleaned more thoroughly. However, overall I was pleased with the technician.

I liked the young woman who came to do the work and the carpets were cleaned well and in a perfect length of time. Sh also cleaned an upholstered chair which she took care with to do it just right.
