Client Testimonials

Professional service

Technician was extremely competent, informative, and professional. The carpet looks and smells great.
We had tried everything to clean the 60 year old tile, unsuccessfully. It now looks amazing. We would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone.

Michael did an excellent job.
The carpets look great.

My serviceman was very nice. He explained everything in detail before beginning. I am disappointed, though, that some of the stains on the carpet were not removed. He said they had set in too long.

Everything:)

The service tech. arrived at the given time, was very polite and courteous. He answered our questions and explained the Zerorez system thoroughly. There was little or no disruption to our household while the carpets were being cleaned.

There was no residue or chalky feel to the carpets.

A very pleasant experience!

I like that you don't use chemicals. Employees are friendly and professional. The office called to give us an ETA on our technician. Good customer service.

No detergents

Santiago was very friendly and professional. He did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets!

Technician was prompt, friendly and efficient

The service tech was great and tried his best to remove all the pet order. Great guy - very happy.

I'm a big fan- you clean my carpets & furniture beautifully.

The products were non-chemical which I appreciate as I have a 7 month old granddaughter and she is beginning to crawl and didnt want the chemicals in the carpet after a cleaning to do harm to her.

It was an excellent job this time. I never thought we'd be able to use the stained chair in my office again, but it looks great! Thanks!

We have heard positive feedback from friends. After getting 2 quotes, we decided to go with Zerorez for our office floors. Techs called ahead as promised, arrived on time, and were very accommodating.
We plan to schedule Zerorez for our home.

Wonderful service

My technician was very professional and did the job in a timely manner.

On time, professional staff, cleaning method/materials

I like not having to worry about my pet inhaling strong fumes from the cleaning products. And, so far, many of the stains have not returned.

Service professional was just that...professional. They told me what to expect, and that is exactly what happened. Carpets looked great. They were on time, and called ahead. Would definitely use them again!

Very professional, courteous, punctual, and did an amazing job. To the point that the money spent on cleaning will keep us from having to replace before selling the house.

THE TECHNITION OMAR WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND EXTREMELY POLITE!!I WILL GIVE HIM AN A+

I pay the extra money because I like the results. The technician makes all the difference and the one we had was outstanding.

Zerorez is a very professional company. I was contacted almost immediately once I placed a request online. The service person was prompt, and very thorough. I had asked for a chair to be cleaned and he asked to see the fabric content first and check with his boss. As it turned out, there was some cotton in the mix, and he said it wouldn't be safe to do a wet steam cleaning, but he DID do a dry process which worked very well. He went above and beyond! I would definitely recommend Zerorez!

Very clean. Courteous staff.

Technicians are very detailed and professional. The estimate I received over the phone was not accurate at all. I would advise being more careful in that area. It can be a shock when you get to the actual cost. I was very pleased with the work done.

Scheduling was easy and efficient. The cleaning products used were effective and appear to have solved my problem.

Mike (the technician) was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and demonstrated a sincere concern to solve my problem. Zerorez is fortunate to have an employee of his caliber.

He did a great job and very professional

The service was excellent.

The floors came out very clean. The technician did an excellent with speed and efficiency, because we had another contractor working on installing wooden floors at the same time. Great job!
