I like that they clean with no soaps/chemicals. I don't like that the price is NEVER the advertised price. There are ALWAYS added charges and trip fees. Brining your truck to the job site should be a part of the basic fee and spraying an additional enzyme from a hand held pump sprayer should not cost $90!!
That said, the guys were very nice and polite and my carpets are once again clean!
Aquarius went above and beyond. We are turning an office into a nursery. The owners in the house before us had a dog that urinated in this room constantly. You would never know now!

The technician was very professional and took care of us. First time using you guys and I would repeat and refer you. Also booking the appointment was super easy. The customer service rep was also very professional and super friendly. They were on time for the appointment - noticeably clean carpets by sight and smell. Have used one other company and there was no comparison. Have 2 dogs and a cat - pet smells were gone. Would definitely use them again.
