Titon, did an excellent job on our rugs, he was thorough, courteous and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. It was refreshing to have a service person that enjoyed his job, believed in the product, and was enthusiastic about the company. When Titon was done, it was like having new rugs again! In one room we had numerous old pet stains that typically reappear after cleaning, seeping up from the pad. While we plan to eventually replace the carpet with hardwood, we wanted it to look good for the holidays. Out of probably 15 spots, only two came back and I was able to minimize it with blotting. I like how zerorez sanitizes and cleans with no chemicals, and dries quickly. This was my first time with zerorez and they have earned me as a repeat customer!

The technician was very friendly and explained the services to us very clearly. We knew exactly what was being done, how long it would take and the cost. He made sure to wear the booties in the house and cleaned up after himself when leaving. We were very impressed with the service and results.
