I submitted my feedback earlier today, in response to a followup email request from your company. I just went back thru my emails and saw I hadn't responded to an earlier request for feedback, so I'm just making sure I cover all bases and convey that I was absolutely thrilled with the carpet cleaning service your representative provided for us this week. We won't have to turn away holiday company because our floors look like a hot nasty MESS...because they DON'T ANYMORE! We can now proudly and unashamedly entertain in our home - during the daylight hours, and with a full array of lighting throughout our home (as opposed to doing so in the DARK or by DIM candle light). Last Christmas, our carpet was so dirty that I turned off our circuit breakers so that no one could flick a switch and expose our terrifyingly horrid floors. Our carpet looks like we replaced it - our service provider did an absolutely outstanding job, and our expectations were blown out of the water - we'd actually forgotten it's true color. We were very pleasantly surprised - NO...SHOCKED with the outcome. And our WHOLE house smells so FRESH and CLEAN!!! Thank you ZEROREZ for increasing the value of our home - the carpet looks so fabulous, it looks like we bought all new furnishings! We're looking forward to having y'all back for the same service next year. Oh my - SUCH A HUGE DIFFERENCE!

The service technician was professional,explained everything he was going to do and what I could reasonably expect regarding the cleaning. The citrus scent was pleasant while he was cleaning the carpets. At the end of the cleaning coupons for other services were offered.
